James (Last name being withheld) claims he felt a bump on the towrds the back of the Semi-Truck he was driving. He then observed a sports car pulled up onto the curb through his rearview… Here’s where the tale starts getting shady..
James then claims Lohan at first tried to flee the scene and upon realizing that was not possible an asistant to the star attempted to bribe the truck driver. He also claims there was a mysterious pink bag Lohan and her “people” were attempting to hide from the police.
James had already called 911 upon realizing Lohan was attempting to flee and says the entire conversation could possibly have been recorded by 911.
