That ’70s Show actress Lisa Robin Kelly has been arrested in California on suspicion of drunken driving. The California Highway Patrol says officers noticed signs of possible intoxication when they helped move the 43-year-old actress’ stalled car off Interstate 5 in Burbank late Saturday.
