An employee at a New Jersey chocolate processing plant died Wednesday after falling into a vat of hot chocolate, according to a spokesman for the Camden County Prosecutor's office.

Former South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun died apparently after falling while hiking, police said Saturday. The information came from the Geyong Nam Police Department, a provincial police agency, which said circumstances of the death -- which occurred near where Roh was living -- were not immediately clear. A hospital spokesman declined to comment. Roh served as president from 2003-2008.
