Will John Travolta fly David Letterman to NZ?

What do you do if you get to hang out with a pilot who owns a fleet of private jets

You ask them if they could give you a lift to the furthest away country you can think of.

When US talk show host David Letterman had actor John Travolta in his studio, he casually inquired for a ride to New Zealand.

During the Late Show interview, Travolta not only agreed to give him a lift he also offered to wine and dine Letterman all the way to Godzone on one of his planes.

The actor reportedly has a fleet of jets he captains himself, including a Boeing 707, and lives next to a runway.

Letterman said he was trying to get to New Zealand, when Travolta said: “Want a ride

“I adore you, and if you need a ride to New Zealand, I will give you a ride.”

Travolta said he had offered another friend a fine meal service, starting with a martini, followed by dinner and a bottle of wine, and even put him to bed in his own part of the plane.

“I will do the same for you. I will wine and dine you all the way to New Zealand, if you so choose.”
