Obama as witch doctor: Racist or satirical?

Posters portraying President Obama as a witch doctor may be racist, organizers of Tea Party protests say, but they reflect anger about where he is leading the country. The posters, showing Obama wearing a feather headdress and a bone through his nose, have recently popped up in e-mails, on Web sites and at Tea Party protests.

Missing 5-year-old last seen in store parking lot, caretaker says

The foster father of a missing California boy with cerebral palsy says he left the child alone near his car before the child vanished five days ago from a shoe store parking lot. Louis Ross told HLN’s Nancy Grace that he left 5-year-old Hassani Campbell outside his BMW for two to five minutes Monday afternoon.

Concern after 11 suicides in 5 months at Fort Campbell

The 101st Airborne’s senior commander in effect ordered his soldiers Wednesday not to commit suicide, a plea that came after 11 suicides since January 1, two of them in the past week. “If you don’t remember anything else I say in the next five or 10 minutes, remember this — suicidal behavior in the 101st on Fort Campbell is bad,” Brig.

Masters: Campbell’s roaring start gives him lead

American Chad Campbell has a one-shot lead over countrymen Jim Furyk and Hunter Mahan after launching the best opening birdie salvo seen at the tournament. Campbell hit five birdies over the opening five holes to leap up the leaderboard and looked on target to equal or better the course record of 65 — nine under par — before bogeying the final two holes. His opening run was one better than Ken Venturi’s four-birdie start in 1956
