Nicki Minaj Speaks Out On Twitter About ‘American Idol’ Feud With Mariah Carey

Let the War Begin!!!

Mariah Carey spoke to Barbara Walters on “The View” on Thursday morning to discuss her heated argument with Minaj on the “American Idol” judges panel, while Minaj used Twitter to vent her feelings out.

Her comments came in the wake of Walters revealing on today’s “Hot Topics” portion of The View that she spoke with Mariah over the phone in the wake of the headline-grabbing event. The TV vet relayed to the audience that Carey informed her Minaj was overheard saying, “If I had a gun, I would shoot that bitch,” as she left Idol‘s Charlotte stage, where the cuss-filled incident transpired.

Here are Minaj’s tweets according to Eonline.com

“Hey yAll,” began the first of many morning tweets on the topic. “Lets just say nicki said smthn about a gun. ppl will believe it cuz she’s a black rapper. Lmao. I’ll then hit up Barbara n milk it.”

“Ironnically nocamera or mic heard the gun comment tho. Lol @ the struggle. Not even the producers believed u. Say no to violence barbz.”

And while she clearly wasn’t happy with Mariah, the singer and her fellow judge wasn’t the only one drawing her ire.

“Barbara Walters didn’t  reach out from our team barbz. I guess we’re too dangerous. Don’t shake if u don’t wannA get shook!!!! LmAooooooooooo.

“I don’t call tmz n Barbara Walters cuz I stand on my own two feet,” she went on. “Never needed an army. God is good. Insecurity is as cruel as the grave.”

And while Nicki is clearly insinuating that the offending threat never left her lips, she clearly has a theory as to why that story is out there.

“I guess it hurts 2 have the producers tell u to ur face that nicki is the best judge we’ve had since simon. Awww, poor u. Keep them lies cmn.

“Tried to keep quiet but let’s go!!!!…I thought we  resolved it yesterday but I see u want ur pity party to continue. So I’m bout to po dot tea.”
