CHILLING CCTV footage shows a killer dragging his wheelie bin along the street — with his neighbour’s body inside.
James Jepson, 25, strangled Steven Rourke, 26, with a washing line after his victim, who had special needs, tried to hug him. The bin was found three days later in March on a disused train track in Wigan.
The corpse had been soaked in petrol. Jepson, who denied murder, was found guilty and jailed for life yesterday at Liverpool Crown Court.
