Justin Timberlake shook hands with Tiger Woods on stage at the 2012 Ryder Cup Gala at Akoo Theater on Wednesday in Rosemond, Ill.
Timberlake Team Ambassador
Timberlake, who is serving as the first-ever Team Ambassador for the United States for the 39th Annual Ryder cup, took the stage to announce each of the players one-by-one. The Trouble With the Curve actor, 31, had a big smile on his face as he went in for a bro hug with Woods, 36.
A Golf Groupie
“I consider myself a golf groupie,” Timberlake joked to the audience, according to the Daily Herald.
“I didn’t come here to bring ‘Sexyback’ to golf,” the singer joked. “Frankly, I have a bad back right now. We all know that’s what Davis Love, aka the Love man, does. Make sure to call him that when you see him.”

Timberlake hit the links Tuesday at the 2012 Ryder Cups Captains & Celebrity Scramble at Medinah Country Golf Club. Fiancee Jessica Biel, 30, cheered on her husband-to-be from the sidelines.
The couple of five years, who became engaged in late December 2011, are set to tie the knot later this year.
