Israel to swap prisoners for ‘proof-of-life’ tape

Israel will release 20 Palestinian female prisoners and detainees in a deal to obtain a recent proof-of-life videotape of kidnapped Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, the Israeli Security Cabinet announced Wednesday.
