Creepy Taylor Swift sniffer denied meeting

The 39-year-old man who tried to use the power of the internet to help him sniff Taylor Swift’s hair has set his sights on pop singer Selena Gomez.

The competition by Boston radio station, Kiss 108, designed to find Swift’s biggest fan by getting friends of competitors to vote for them, was cancelled after Charles Z took first place on the leaderboard.

An anonymous friend of Charles had posted a message on the website 4chan asking users to vote for him and “help him crush the dreams of these girls and give him a chance to make a complete ass of himself by blatantly just sniffing her hair with cameras rolling.”

Following allegations someone created a script to continuously vote for Charles from 500 different computers, the radio station released a statement saying the integrity of the contest had been compromised.

“In accordance with our contest rules, effective immediately, the contest has been terminated.”

Charles’ supporters took to the website to protest the cancellation.

“JUSTICEFORCHARLES. Viva la Revolution!” said one commenter.

Another said “If I’m ever in Boston, I will not be tuning in. What you did to Charles is disgusting.”

Charles has now entered a competition by New York’s Z100 station to meet Selena Gomez.

“Im (sic) a 39 year old guy whose dreams have been recently crushed. It is truly my dream to meet Selena,” he said in his entry description.

A post on 4chan shared Charles’ link for users to vote on.

“DUE TO RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CHARLES CASE, IT HAS BEEN DISCOVERED THAT Z100 IS GIVING AWAY VIP PASSES TO A SELENA GOMEZ CONCERT. IT IS THUS OUR SOLEMN DUTY TO HAVE CHARLES SNIFF SELENA’S HAIR,” said the anonymous poster.

The link has been shared onto other social media sites again, and people were banding together to help Charles win the contest.

“NEVER try to play against the internet,” said an Imgur user.

Another user warned “Charles will win every such contest until he sniffs celebrity hair. Let this be known.”

Charles is currently sixth on the leaderboard.
