A Carriage Ride goes out of control as the horse bolts down the road!
In the streets Victoria a Horse went bolting down the street with a passenger in the carriage and no driver. As the driver screams for someone to call 911 while going after the horse, the passenger sit terrified and hanging on to whatever can be found to grasp onto.
