Tom is not Suing His Drunk Neighbour

The trespasser is identified as Jason Sullivan, an Australian model/interior designer/reality star who’s living next door in the house that belongs to Tom’s agent, Kevin Huvane.

Tom Cruise is not pressing charges against his intoxicated neighbor who tried to enter his property as he believes the man just had a mix-up due to his drunken state.

Cruise doesn’t think the drunk man, who tried to enter his property Sunday night, is dangerous.

The intruder was arrested by cops and later cited for misdemeanor trespassing, but the 50-year-old actor will not sue him, TMZ reported.

Police say 41-year-old Jason Sullivan was shot with a Taser at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday at the home on Calle Vista Drive. He was then treated at a hospital and arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

He was caught by the actor’s security guard trying to climb over the fence to get into the house.

He was shot with a stun gun and detained by the bodyguard until cops arrived on the scene.

Cruise and his family were not at home when the incident happened. “Tom’s not a vindictive guy. The guy was drunk. He didn’t have a malicious intent,” his lawyer Bert Fields said.
