Tom Cruise’ Neighbor Tasered & Arrested After Allegedly Trespassing Star’s Home

In an incident reminiscent of one of Cruise’ action flicks, cruises home was broken into by an invader who had to be subdued by the actor’s security team.

 

In an incident that could have come  from a scene in one of the actors action movies, Tom Cruise’ home was invaded by a neighbor who was then arrested tasered.

 

Cruise’ Security Team Was On The Job

A man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly trespassing the star’s Beverly Hills home after Cruise’s security team saw him hop a fence and tasered him, E! News

Drunken Neighbor 

According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, the prowler has been identified Jason Sullivan, 41, a neighbor who reportedly entered the star’s property in a drunken fit.

The incident occurred at 9:35 p.m. when a security guard noticed a man scaling a fence in order to access the house.

 

Stunned and Detained 

Sullivan was shot with a stun gun and detained before police arrived to take him into custody. He was reportedly treated at a nearby hospital for injuries related to the tasering.”Sullivan lives at an adjacent property and was intoxicated at the time of the incident and may have confused himself and entered the wrong property,” police said in a statement.

 

Family Out

Neither Cruise nor his family were at home at the time.

 

The Lawsuit 

The 50-year-old Mission: Impossible star recently filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Life & Style and In Touch Weekly over stories claiming that the actor abandoned his and Katie Holmes’ 6-year-old daughter, Suri.
