A security guard at New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport is under arrest for allegedly making threatening remarks about President Obama, a spokesman for the U.S. Secret Service said Wednesday. John Brek, 55, of Linden, New Jersey, was arrested Tuesday and charged with making terroristic threats, Port Authority spokesman John Kelly said. Christopher Kelly, former chief fundraiser for ex-Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, has died, according to a statement Saturday from the former governor. "I am deeply saddened to hear that Chris had died," Blagojevich's statement said. Cook County, Illinois, authorities would not immediately comment on the reported death. No other details were immediately available. Blagojevich was in New York and declined to comment further. The White House is set to release on Monday the text of a controversial back-to-school speech to students from President Obama that has angered some conservative parents and pundits.
