The U.S. Treasury Department has unveiled long-awaited plans to kick-start the economy by spending up to $1 trillion removing troubled assets from banks’ balance sheets. Here we explain what these assets are and how the plan will work

It’s not Beverly Hills, it’s Montana, for God’s sakes,’ ” he said. “And the whole way, I’m thinking, ‘See, smartass See See You try to get married, this is what happens.’ ”
