Justin Bieber’s neighbours urged to call police

Justin Bieber’s neighbours are being asked to call police on the singer.

The 19-year-old is reportedly under investigation by the LAPD for speeding through his gated Los Angeles community over Memorial Day weekend.

Neighbours claim Bieber has been driving erratically in the neighbourhood for months.

It’s claimed he’s reached speeds up to 160 kmh in the area with residents becoming frightened for the safety of their children and pets.

According to TMZ, the Home Owner’s Association of the Calabasas community has sent a letter to residents asking them to intervene.

The letter reportedly does not address Bieber by name but makes it clear he’s the target.

It appears to reference an incident between the star and retired football player Keyshawn Johnson.

“The storyline concerns one of our celebrity residents confronting another celebrity resident over alleged dangerous driving,” it reads.

According to the website, the letter “urges residents to call a Sheriff’s Department hotline” if they see the singer or any of his friends driving recklessly.

It also suggests Bieber could be shunned by the community if he fails to comply with requests to slow down.

“The letter also makes it clear… residents who violate HOA rules are subject to disciplinary action from the HOA board in the form of fines and other penalties,” the report continues.

A spokesperson for the singer has yet to address the claims.
